During the GK Pro OTB Skins Match #9 in September 2020 at Maple Hill disc golf course in Worcester, Massachusetts, Kevin Jones hit one of the most memorable disc golf shots of all time with a Prodigy D2 distance driver. The ace immediately became a sensation and went viral.
Hole 16 was already a daunting, 530-foot low tunnel shot with elevation change, and Kevin slipped on the tee pad during his drive to make the "Slip Ace" even more improbable.
Since Kevin hit the hole-in-one, he has also released the Prodigy Collabs Series Kevin Jones Reverb distance driver. The Reverb and D2 are similar discs, with the Reverb being slightly flatter and a touch more overstable than the D2.
